Representative Finkelstein brought up reconsideration of the vote on           
CSHB 443(RES) am(efd fld) (page 3842).                                         
                                                                               
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 443(RES) am                                             
"An Act relating to the confidentiality of certain records relating           
to fish and wildlife; and providing for an effective date."                    
                                                                               
Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
443(RES) am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of          
rescinding action in adopting Amendment No. 1.
